Three years ago Matt and I moved from our hometown of New Orleans to a rural area of East Tennessee. Population: 1,400. Back then I didn’t think I’d ever say this, but somehow, our community of gay and queer friends here is bigger than I’ve ever experienced.

Today’s post is about how that happened. And yeah, maybe Grindr is involved. Sometimes, you gotta get crafty.
